1. Installation and updates
Download Foldwalls only from the official link below. Open the DMG, drag Foldwalls to Applications, and launch it from Applications. The app can check for signed updates and will ask before installing them. If macOS blocks launch, include the exact warning and your macOS version in your support email.
2. License activation
Your license key appears on the verified payment-success page and is sent to the email address used at checkout. In Foldwalls, open Pro settings, paste the complete key, and choose Activate. A Pro license supports up to three personal Macs unless your receipt states otherwise.
To move a license, deactivate an old Mac in Foldwalls first. If you no longer have access to that Mac, email support from the purchase address with the Creem order number. Never post the license key publicly.
3. Payments and refunds
Creem is the merchant of record and provides the receipt. If payment completed but no license appeared, send us the Creem order number and purchase email. Refund requests are covered by the 14-day Refund Policy.
4. Wallpaper, music, and display issues
Tell us which wallpaper or feature is affected, whether it came from the catalog or your own file, the display arrangement, and the steps that reproduce the issue. For Music Desktop, include the music app and whether artwork, lyrics, or playback state is incorrect. Do not attach copyrighted media unless you have permission to share it.
5. Include with your message
- Your macOS version and Mac model.
- The Foldwalls version shown in Settings.
- What you expected, what happened, and reliable steps to reproduce it.
- A screenshot or short screen recording when it helps explain the issue.
- For payments, the Creem order number — never your card details.
6. Privacy and security
Do not email passwords, complete payment information, or unrelated private files. For a privacy request, use the subject “Foldwalls privacy request” and review our Privacy Policy.
